Tiger Cub Programs

Let's Go Outdoors (Requirements 5d&g)

  • Enjoy a nature walk through Willow Creek Woods. Make bark & leaf rubbings.

Plant a Seed (Elective 30)

  • Look at plants & seeds in “Let's Get Growing” program, and then plant a seed of your own!

Wolf Cub Programs

Family Fun (Achievement 10b)

  • This one isn't really a group program, but it completes a requirement! Just stop by the museum with your family!
  • Regular museum hours and admission apply.

Native American Lore (Elective 10a, b, f)

  • This hands-on program about Native American lifeways allows scouts to see & touch artifacts.

Birds (Elective (13a, b, c, d, e)

  • Learn how birds have evolved different strategies for survival, then explore our collection.

Bear Cub Programs

Sharing Your World With Wildlife (Achievement 5a, d, e)

  • The museum's extensive bird and endangered animal collections enrich this program.

Native American Life (Elective 24b)

  • Learn Native American games, and then make your own game to take home!

Webelos Boy Scout Programs

Webelos Scouts can earn the following badges in one session by choosing from the numbered requirements:
  • Forester: #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9
  • Geologist: #2, 3, 5, 6, 7
  • Naturalist: #3, 6, 7, 8
